Bar area, close tram stops, various dining options nearby
The bar closed too early for a night out on the town!!! Plus, the corridors need a serious cleanup to remove scuff marks. It certainly detracted from the overall vibe of the hotel!!!

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The staff was friendly and helpful, and our early check-in made settling in a breeze. The location was perfect, right next to the Queen Victoria Markets and with convenient tram access.
Room noise levels were problematic. I struggled with disturbances from nearby traffic and some building work, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Family with children, not bad but a bit costly
Had a little fun with the staff, they joked around like they knew us for years. The location was right next to a market, we could grab some food anytime, which was convenient for the kids.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, you get what you pay for.

The Deluxe King Room was really comfy, like, the bed just melted me into sleep right after a long day. It felt clean and had good air conditioning, which was a lifesaver. The space was decent, definitely not cramped. Everything seemed pretty new too, which was nice. The only thing was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, a solid place for a good night's rest!
